Exploring the nearby Wok Asador Atenea restaurant is a breeze as it's just a short walk away. The staff here is super helpful, making our stay even better. Great spot for a quick city getaway! 🍽️

We were very pleasantly surprised that they had taken note of our earlier comment that we had missed some fried eggs at breakfast and suggested their inclusion. On this occasion, as soon as we sat down, they kindly offered us to take them and they were very well made, by the way. It is remarkable how they show interest in the comments of the customers, even in a small "whim" like this. Personally, we are grateful to the employee who attended to us. from here to all those responsible. I. We also like the cleanliness, bed and spaciousness of the room and bathroom, as well as the decoration.

This time, the only small inconvenience was that despite going to breakfast early, several hot dishes were missing and some other trays with cheese were also empty. Apparently, a large group had passed by and there were no replacements. There was only one person attending and it was surely insufficient at that moment in spite of his effectiveness in picking up and removing the dishes and his kindness in asking for some missing food. He replenished it and offered it to me in a few minutes and offered to bring me anything else I missed. But I did not think it appropriate to mention all the trays that were empty.

This hotel is excellent value for money. It is very modern and chic for a budget hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean with an excellent bathroom. The free minibar is a great bonus (the soft drinks were replenished daily).

I did not like the restaurant, very disappointed with meal which cost 127 euros!! Staff most unhelpful when family member requested meat to be cooked well,which was the initial request.. Staff not nice,, still charged full price for a disgraceful meal to hand up to anyone, so therefore we never ate at hotel after that. Did not like the lay out of bar and restaurant, nothing nice about this at all. Staff reluctant to try to understand our english, always having to wait for the one staff member who had understanding of the english language(and even that was limited)> not a pleasant experience for us, thankfully we did not have to use the hotel only to sleep in. Not a pleasant experience at all. Sorry I booked this hotel for myself and 5 other members of my family. Will never be staying there again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. the staff at Ac Hotel was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and amenities. the bathroom was especially good, with all the necessary toiletries provided. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of food options, including a selection of ham, bacon, cheese, breads. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was less than a mile away from our friends. we found the Ac Hotel Alcala De Henares By Marriott to be a great value for money. Cons: No 🙁.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel - it was modern, clean, and comfortable, making me feel relaxed throughout my visit. The location was also very useful as it was close to transport links to this city's lovely old town centre, which was great for exploring.

Hard to think of anything negative to say about my stay at the hotel.

The hotel room was great, spacious, and very clean. The staff was always friendly and attentive to our needs. We also loved the fact that we could park our car for free and easily explore the surrounding areas by bus, as there was a stop right in front of the hotel.

The breakfast area could have been better organized, as the wait staff seemed overwhelmed and some of the crockery was missing. it would have been nice to have some complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

We were really impressed with this hotel's convenient location. It was situated in a very non-descript neighborhood, but it was just a short walk to the lovely old town center. Plus, it was just off the motorway, which made it easy to access. The staff, especially the receptionist during the check-in at midnight, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
